Don’t you love a party with a really good motto? sisterMAG was lucky enough to be invited to such one in West Berlin last week Thursday.

The Concorde Hotel in Augsburger Straße asked Berlin bloggers to come and celebrate their newly founded blog (blog-concorde-berlin.com). The focus of their blog is supposed to be culinary, lifestyle and Berlin West.

An event truly organized to value the guests and their love for food, colours and information. We all went through different stations beginning from a little gettogether in the front of the hotel, then the architect of the hotel (Jan Kleihues) explained the specialties and features of the building (one of my favourite parts).

Afterwards we went through the kitchen inside the building and were greeted by a tropically decorated hallway cheese tasting. Three more suites were to see (my favourite one for sure the “Suite blanche” where really everything was held in different white tones) until we finally ended up in a large hotel suite where there was not only delicious chocolate cake but also a DJ ;).

The bloggers were invited to tweet, post and take pictures as much as they could and in the end the hotel chose the best one. I love their decision because I was so lucky to meet Rebecca (from Field Office) and Anthony (photographer – see Anthony’s site here). Cannot wait to meet up again with you!

The evening became truly special through all the people I met again or got to know. Rebecca and Anthony only two of them, I was also lucky enough to share a ride (yes, we actually got picked up!!) with Sandy (Sandy in Berlin) and Hannah (Berlin behind the scenes), I met James from Überlin again and also finally met his other half Zoe (uberlin.co.uk).

And then there are all the new and wonderful blogs and sites you find through such an event, which you have stumbled across before but now you’ll definitely come back more often: FindingBerlin, The Styleograph or one of the bloggers for the new blog: Nicole Is The New Black.
Last but certainly not least I was just so happy to have Ashley and Andreas there from Chasing Heartbeats.

Ashley and I spent a good deal of time just talking, judging the food and giggling, but it made this evening so special. Now we can’t wait to go to Concorde for breakfast tomorrow morning! Talking about the next shooting, which will take place on Saturday for sisterMAG. What better atmosphere to work and talk and eat ;). You can spot us, we are the girls with the big glasses!
