Have you also read all the enthusiastic posts about the blogger conference Alt Summit in Salt Lake City? I was so excited to read about the interesting panels about topics like Collaboration, Work life balance or The relationship of New and Traditional Media (BlogBrunch Alt Summit gives a very good overview and nice pictures ). I was even more “jealous” of the many new acquaintances and especially projects that develop when a lot of creative people come together in a nice surrounding.

I only thought, what a pity that there isn’t anything similar in closer proximity. Great bloggers, great ideas and great places of course also exist in Europe! Even more excited I was when I read the first Twitter post about The Hive. The Hive will take place in Berlin from 19-20 May 2012. Tickets can be bought here from now on.

The conference is for design and lifestyle bloggers in all their forms – foodies, photographers, mum bloggers, travelers, fashionistas, interior designers – from all over Europe, i.e. from North to South, from West to East. Alone the composition of the founding team promises the right mixture of speakers and presenters: Peggy from “Paul & Paula” (www.pauletpaula.com) who lives in Amsterdam / The Netherlands, Yvonne from “The Girl in the Laundromat” (inthelaundromat.blogspot.com) from Hamburg / Germany and Radostina from “79 Ideas” (www.79ideas.org) from Prague / Czech Republic.

Thus, we are looking very much forward to participating as speakers in May and this side by side with such gorgeous speakers like Design Mom, Freunde von Freunden, Hauptstadtmutti, Fräulein Klein und Anna von DaWanda to name just a few.
